2. Google 사용자 데이터의 접근 · 사용 · 저장 · 공유

요청하는 권한(OAuth 범위)

openid, email, profile — 로그인한 계정을 앱 화면에 표시하기 위해.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file — 앱이 직접 만든 파일만 만들고 · 읽고 · 고치고 · 지우기 위해. 사용자가 만든 다른 Drive 파일 · 폴더는 볼 수도 접근할 수도 없습니다.

사용 방법

앱은 사용자의 Drive에 iLogNote/ 폴더를 만들고 그 안에 메모 파일(notes/), 이미지(assets/), 버전 기록(history/), 설정(settings.json) 등을 저장 · 동기화합니다. Drive 저장 공간 사용량은 설정 화면에 보여 주기 위해서만 조회합니다.

저장 · 공유

Google 사용자 데이터는 사용자 기기와 사용자 본인의 Drive에만 있으며, 회사나 제3자에게 전송 · 공유 · 판매되지 않습니다. 사람이 Google 사용자 데이터를 열람하는 일은 없습니다.

Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책 준수

iLogNote이 Google API로부터 받은 정보의 사용 및 다른 앱으로의 전송은 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책의 제한적 사용(Limited Use) 요구사항을 포함하여 해당 정책을 준수합니다. Google 사용자 데이터는 앱의 메모 저장 · 동기화 기능 제공 외의 목적(광고, 신용 평가, AI 모델 학습 등)으로 사용되지 않습니다.

3. 보관 기간과 삭제

메모는 사용자가 지울 때까지 보관됩니다. 휴지통의 메모는 설정한 기간(기본 30일) 뒤 자동으로 영구 삭제됩니다.
기기 데이터 삭제: 앱의 로그아웃 화면에서 "이 기기의 로컬 사본 삭제"를 선택하거나 앱을 삭제하세요.
Drive 데이터 삭제: Google Drive에서 iLogNote 폴더를 삭제하세요.
접근 권한 철회: Google 계정 › 보안 › 타사 앱 액세스에서 iLogNote의 권한을 언제든 해제할 수 있습니다.

회사는 사용자 데이터를 보관하지 않으므로, 회사에 별도로 삭제를 요청할 데이터가 없습니다.

4. 보호 조치

Google API와의 모든 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화됩니다.
최소 권한(drive.file)만 요청하며, 클라이언트 보안 비밀을 앱에 포함하지 않는 방식(PKCE)을 사용합니다.
Windows 앱은 접근 토큰을 운영체제 보안 저장소로 암호화해 저장합니다.

5. 아동의 개인정보

본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 데이터를 열람 · 내보내기(Markdown · HTML · JSON) · 수정 · 삭제할 수 있으며, 위 3항의 방법으로 Google 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다.

Privacy Policy

Summary: iLogNote has no operator server. Your notes are stored only on your device and, if you sign in, in your own Google Drive. ZenithOne ("we") does not collect, view, store, share or sell any of your notes, titles, tags, images or other user data.

1. Information we process

Notes, folders, tags, images, drawings, version history and app settings — stored on your device and, when signed in, in the iLogNote folder of your Google Drive, to provide note-taking, sync across your devices and restore.
Basic Google profile (name, email, profile photo) — kept on your device only, to show which account is signed in.
Google access tokens — kept on your device only (Windows: OS-encrypted storage; web: browser tab session), to read and write the app's files in your Drive.
Device name and device identifier — on your device and in devices.json / presence files in your Drive, to list your devices and warn when the same note is open on another device.

None of this is sent to our servers. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

2. How we access, use, store and share Google user data

Scopes requested: openid, email, profile (to display the signed-in account) and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file (to create, read, update and delete only the files created by the app; the app cannot see any other files in your Drive).

Use: the app creates an iLogNote/ folder in your Drive and stores note files, images, version history and settings there to sync your notes between your devices. Drive storage quota is read only to display usage in Settings.

Storage and sharing: Google user data stays on your device and in your own Drive. It is never transferred to us or any third party, never sold, and never read by humans.

Limited Use: iLogNote's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not used for advertising, credit-worthiness, or training AI/ML models.

3. Retention and deletion

Notes are kept until you delete them; items in Trash are permanently deleted after the configured period (default 30 days).
Delete device data by choosing "Delete this device's local copy" when signing out, or by uninstalling the app.
Delete Drive data by deleting the iLogNote folder in Google Drive.
Revoke access at any time at Google Account › Third-party apps with account access.

4. Security

All communication with Google APIs uses HTTPS. The app requests the minimum scope (drive.file), uses PKCE, and on Windows encrypts tokens with OS secure storage.

5. Children

The app is not directed to children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
