이용약관
제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 ZenithOne(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 메모 앱 iLogNote(웹 · Windows · Android · iOS, 이하 "앱")의 이용 조건을 정합니다.
제2조 (서비스의 내용)
앱은 메모 작성 · 정리 · 검색 · 내보내기 기능과, 이용자가 선택한 경우 이용자 본인의 Google Drive를 이용한 기기 간 동기화 기능을 제공합니다. 회사는 메모를 저장하는 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.
제3조 (계정과 로그인)
이용자는 Google 계정으로 로그인하거나 로그인 없이 로컬 모드로 앱을 사용할 수 있습니다. Google 계정과 Google Drive의 이용에는 Google의 약관과 정책이 함께 적용됩니다.
제4조 (이용자의 데이터와 책임)
- 이용자가 작성한 메모의 권리와 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
- 메모는 이용자 기기와 이용자 Drive에만 저장되므로, 기기 분실 · 앱 데이터 삭제 · Drive 파일 삭제 · Google 계정 문제로 인한 데이터 손실에 대비해 이용자는 앱의 백업 · 내보내기 기능을 이용해야 합니다.
- 이용자는 법령을 위반하거나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 내용을 앱으로 저장 · 공유해서는 안 됩니다.
제5조 (서비스의 변경 · 중단)
회사는 앱의 기능을 개선 · 변경할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 앱 안내 또는 이 페이지로 알립니다. Google API 정책 변경 등 외부 사정으로 동기화 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.
제6조 (보증의 부인 · 책임의 제한)
앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 회사는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 앱의 무오류 · 무중단을 보증하지 않으며, 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 앱 이용으로 발생한 데이터 손실 등 간접 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
제7조 (지식재산권)
앱과 로고 · 상표에 대한 권리는 회사에 있습니다. 앱에 포함된 오픈소스 구성요소는 각 라이선스를 따릅니다(앱 › 설정 › 정보).
제8조 (약관의 변경)
회사는 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 경우 30일 전)부터 이 페이지와 앱 안에 알립니다.
제9조 (준거법 · 관할)
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르며, 분쟁은 민사소송법상 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

Terms of Service
- Service. iLogNote (web, Windows, Android, iOS) by ZenithOne ("we") lets you write, organize, search and export notes, and optionally sync them between your devices using your own Google Drive. We do not operate servers that store your notes.
- Accounts. You may sign in with Google or use local mode without signing in. Google's terms and policies also apply to your Google account and Drive.
- Your content. You own and are responsible for your notes. Because data lives only on your devices and in your Drive, please use the backup/export features to protect against loss. Do not store or share unlawful or infringing content.
- Changes. We may improve or change features; material changes will be announced in the app or on this page. Sync may be limited by changes in Google API policies.
- Disclaimer and limitation of liability. The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for indirect damages such as data loss, except in cases of our intent or gross negligence.
- Intellectual property. The app, logos and trademarks belong to ZenithOne. Open-source components are licensed under their own licenses.
- Changes to these terms. We will post changes here and in the app at least 7 days (30 days if unfavorable) before they take effect.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
